On 6 November 2020, a bilateral webinar between the Ministry of Personnel Management (MPM) and the Agency for the Development of Public Service under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (ARGOS) was held on the Electronic Human Resource Management System (e-HRMS).

The MPM introduced e-Saram, the Korean civil service e-HRMS, and shared Korean experiences with the counterpart of Uzbekistan. The e-HRMS webinar was the second bilateral event following the webinar on the civil service recruitment and human resources development system in August.
