On September 18-20, 2019, MPM participated in Public HR Policy Workshops in Ulaanbataar, Mongolia. The workshops were held in collaboration with the Cabinet Secretariat, Civil Service Council and UNDP covering various innovative initatives taken by two countries on performance management and recruitment exams.

Earlier this year, MPM and Mongolia's Cabinet Secretariat signed a MOU on cooperation in the field of public personnel administration. Through 2021, various bilateral cooperation activities are planned within the framework of the MOU including training of Mongolian officials in Korea, workshops in Mongolia as well as ongoing information exchanges related to Public HR Policies of respective countries.
