Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Personnel Management (MPM) seeks to continue its international cooperation efforts by holding and taking part in a series of video conferences with its partners across the international community.

On 14 May, a meeting between the MPM and the Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of Mongolia was held on a video conferencing platform to exchange views and ideas on a potential joint project concerning the Mongolian civil service system. A video conference with the State Personnel Service of Kyrgyzstan was also held on 21 May to explore opportunities for potential cooperation. On 25 May, the MPM and the Agency for the Development of Public Service under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (ARGOS) had an online session to brainstorm ideas on a potential joint project.

Instead of being held up by the pandemic, the Ministry, by utilizing video conferencing platforms, will continue to enhance cooperation and share experience with its counterparts in the area of public personnel management.
