On 25 June 2020, the Ministry of Personnel Management (MPM) was invited by the World Bank to brief at an online information session on Korea’s Electronic Human Resource Management System, also known as “e-Saram”.

The audience included not only members of the World Bank but also public officials of the Philippines who are interested in the e-Saram system. The knowledge sharing event comprised an introductory session with a thorough presentation on Korea’s experience in developing, rolling out and using the e-Saram as well as an interactive question and answer session.
