Announce schedule for examinations, accept applications, select and recommend candidates
Talent Information & Acquisition Bureau
- 1. Analyze job description and work plan, etc. to list the necessary qualifications for each position
- 2. Finalize the search target to include qualifications by position work experience, location, etc. through market surveys on each of the fields
- 3. Secure qualified persons among private businesses, academia, expert groups, etc.
- 4. Explain the position and confirm application intent, register unregistered persons to the Human Resource Database, and provide guidance on responding to the recruitment announcement
