Minister of Personnel Management Kim Pansuk met with the Rector of the Academy of Public Administration (APA) under the President of the Uzbekistan, Kasimov Rustam Sabirovich on March 26, 2018. They talked about cooperation between two agencies and ways to mutually assist in the field of human resources management.

Minister Kim gave a lecture on the Korean public personnel management system to the senior officials in Uzbekistan.

In the afternoon, Minister Kim met with the Minister of Labor and Employment Relations, Aktam Khaitov to discuss ways to advance the relations between two countries. The two sides exchanged views on issues of mutual interest including the State Public Officials Act.
