Minister of Personnel Management Lee Geun-myeon gives a keynote lecture to HRD experts from home and abroad under the theme of “People are the answer in a new era” at the 2015 Global Public HRD Conference. The conference was held at COTI (Central Officials Training Institute) on September 10, 2015 to seek future development directions for public HRD in the global age.
