Minister Kim Dongkeuk and Mr. Mehmet Ali Kumbuzoglu, President of the State Personnel Administration of Turkey, signed an Memorandum of Cooperation on July, 14, 2016 at Government Complex, Seoul. The MOC was concluded in order to enhance mutual benefits and cooperative relation between the two organizations by sharing knowledge and experiences in public personnel administration through exchanging senior officials' visits, sharing publications and other forms of activities.
