In collaboration with the UNDP Mongolia, the MPM held training for the Mongolian officials in Korea from October 27-31, 2019.

The training is the second cooperation programme since the MPM and the Mongolian Cabinet Secretariat signed an MOU on cooperation last March.  In-country training was held in Mongolia on September 19-20, 2019 as the first cooperation programme.

This training was tailored to the Mongolia's on-going civil service reform initiatives and covered critical public personnel policies including the Senior Civil Service system, competency assessment, electronic personnel management system, e-learning system and government performance management.
