On July 20, 2018, Minister Kim Pan Suk presented a Plaque of Appreciation to the Canadian Ambassor to Korea Mr. Eric Walsh in appreciation for his service to strengthening the relationship between Korea and Canada in the areas of public personnel management and human resource development. During Ambassador Walsh's tenure in Korea, MPM organized a group of 10 Director-level public officials from Korea to Ottawa, Canada for a week-long training program. The program was hosted by the Canada Privy Council Office and included visits to key organizations* of the Government of Canada where Korean officials could learn about the Canadian public HRM system.
