MPM's publication "Public Human Resource Management at a Glance 2018", which provides a comprehensive picture of Korea's public personnel management system has been translated into Russian by the Uzbekistani government.

"Public Human Resource Management at a Glance 2018", totalling 11 chapters, addresses a wide range of HRM policies implemented by the Korean central government highlighting the major features while providing the details of the HRM system including the types of public officials, recruitment and promotion, the Senior Civil Service, human resource management (i.e. human resource planning, job mobility, job placement, inter-agency personnel exchange, personnel audit), performance management, human resource development (i.e. training), compensation and pension (including merit-based pay), job security, civil service conduct, disciplinary measures, labor unions as well as e-HRM system.

During his official visit to Uzbekistan back in March 2018, MPM's Minister Kim Pan Suk had presented copies of "Public Human Resource Management at a Glance 2018" to the key officials of the Uzbekistani government including the Prime Minister and the Minister of Employment and Labor. At that time, the Uzbekistani government expressed a strong interest and will to translate this copy. Less than five months after Minister Kim's visit to Uzbekistan, the Government of Uzbekistan has come up with the translated version of "Public Human Resource Management at a Glance 2018" which will be widely disseminated among government agenices as well as research and training institutes of public administration. Also, neighboring countries of Uzbekistan where Russian language is spoken can benefit from the translated version of "Public Human Resource Management at a Glance 2018".
