□ The electronic personnel management system (e-Saram) for Korean public officials was introduced to the Nigerian government as a best practice selected by the World Bank.
  ○ The Ministry of Personnel Management (MPM) (Minister Kim Woo Ho) announced on the 16th that Korea's electronic personnel management system (e-Saram) was introduced as one of the best practices of foreign governments at the "Nigerian Federal Government‘s Performance Management Seminar" co-hosted by the World Bank and the Nigerian government on the 15th.
