At the 37th annual OECD PEM meeting held in Paris, the first face-to-face meeting, Since COVID-19 outbreak, the Korean government’s online training system was introduced as an innovative example.

The meeting consisted of 8 sessions on various topics such as mobility, flexibility, learning cultures in the public service, and public service leadership. It also had the time to listen to the best practices of the member countries regarding each topic.
