The electronic human resource management system (e-Saram) for Korean public officials was introduced to the Cambodian government as a best practice selected by the World Bank on the 17th of May, 2022.

Korea’s electronic human resource management system (e-Saram) was introduced as one of the best practices of foreign governments at the Cambodian government’s workshop on HRMIS co-hosted by the World Bank and the Ministry of Civil Service (MCS) of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

This workshop aimed to listen to experts and advisors in the field of HRMIS and promote innovation and the use of ICT in the Cambodian public administration.
