On September 14, delegates from the President’s Office, Public Service Management and Good Governance(PO-PSMGG) of Tanzania visited the Ministry of Personnel Management(MPM).
This visit was made to benchmark the MPM to reform the performance management system for public officials in Tanzania.
The MPM introduced Korea’s electronic personnel management system(e-saram), performance evaluation system.
The MPM and PO-PSMGG are both agree to begin mutual cooperation
