On March 14, 2019, the Minister of Personnel Management of Korea (Mr. S.C. Hwang) and the Minister of Mongolia & Chief Cabinet Secretary of the Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of Mongolia (Mr. L. OYUN-ERDENE) signed an MOU on cooperation in the field of human resource management in civil service. The signing ceremony took place at the MPM's Seoul office in the Government Complex Seoul. Based on the MOU, the two countries will promote and develop bilateral exchange and cooperation in public personnel management through various programmes and initiatives to strengthen the civil service system.
