- Increasing the number of operating institutions in 2017 (KDI, 1 institution → KAIST and KDI, a total of 2 institutions)
- Further increasing the number of operating institutions in 2019 (KAIST, KDI, Korea University and Chungbuk National University, a total of 4 institutions)
