- Training period: 3 weeks or less

- Training institutions: International organizations, government institutions, educational institutions, research institutes, private companies, etc
- Types of training: Participating in conferences and seminars, participating in education programs operated by international organizations and foreign government agencies, conducting joint research with universities, etc
Selection criteria
- Age: Those under 55 years of age as of the end of the selection year
- Position: Civil servants of Grade 9 or higher who are in charge of duties related to training tasks
- Language requirements: A person who meets certain language requirements (at least 1/2 of the trainees)
