The Ethiopian delegate including Member of Parliament, State Minister of Civil Service and HRD, and President of the Ethiopian Civil Service University visited the Ministry of Personnel Management and paid a courtesy call to the Minister of Personnel Management, in order to learn policies and best practices of the Korean Government in the field of public personnel administration.
