Minister of Personnel Management  Kim Pan Suk met with Dr. Stéphane Monney Mouandjo, Director-general of CAFRAD(African Training and Research Center in Administration for Development) which consists of 36 member countries in Africa.

Minister Kim and Dr. Mouandjo signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on public personnel administration.

Two sides agreed to promote the cooperation in various fields of public personnel management.
