Eligible trainees: Civil servants in career service among state public officials
Training institutions: Domestic universities with evening courses
Limited to departments (majors) related to job duties
Training period: 4 years or less
Compulsory service period: Period equivalent to 50% of the period of education
Education expenses: Borne by the Ministry of Personnel Management
Payment: Semi-annual post-payment
Tuition support is provided when the trainee meets the payment criteria after completing one semester at his/her own expense
