On November 20th, the Ministry of Personnel Management(MPM), led by Minister Yeon Won Jeong, hosted the "2nd MPM-OECD Asia Public Service Network Conference" at the Grand Walkerhill Seoul, in partnership with the OECD, aimed at fostering innovations in human resource administration across Asian countries.

This year’s conference focused on the theme "The future of the Public Service : Managing People to Transform Government," discussing the crucial role of public officials in the rapidly changing administrative environment.
