Purpose of training

  • Contributing to the improvement of the job performance of civil servants and the advancement of administration through in-depth research on job tasks to introduce new knowledge and skills to the public service in response to changes in the administrative environment and the complexity and diversification of administrative demands
  • Improving foreign language proficiency to efficiently meet the demands of the globalized, knowledge-information society

Training procedures

Establishment of Domestic Outsourced Training Plans
  • Develop comprehensive domestic training plans for each course, taking into full account the educational demand and available budget allocations.
Selection of Participants for Domestic Outsourced Training
  • Select the most qualified candidates for each program in accordance with the established training plan, ensuring all applicants meet the specific eligibility requirements.
Implementation of Outsourced Training
  • Participants must engage in the training diligently, adhering to the academic schedules and regulations of the training institutions.
  • Successful completion of the educational objectives, such as obtaining the intended degree, is mandatory.
Disbursement of Training Expenses
  • Covered Costs : Full reimbursement of actual payments made to the training institution, including admission fees, tuition, and official institutional fees.
  • Participant Expenses : Unofficial costs, such as student union fees, textbook expenses, and meals, shall be borne by the participant.
Progress Reporting for Domestic Outsourced Training
  • Participants must report the following to the Ministry of Personnel Management (MPM) or the head of the relevant central administrative agency :
    • Current location and personal status.
    • Academic transcripts and training performance.
    • Overall training progress, final results, and any other matters requested by the MPM or the respective agency head.
