Training Objectives
- Securing Future Growth Drivers : To cultivate policy capabilities and foster national leaders dedicated to securing future growth engines and successfully executing national priority tasks.
- Cultivating Strategic Leadership : To develop high-level leadership skills and strategic thinking required for national governance and policy implementation.
Program Overview
- Duration : Approximately 10 months.
- Participating Institutions : National Human Resources Development Institute (NHI), Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA), Korea National Defense University (KNDU), National Institute for Unification Education (NIUE), etc.
- Eligibility & Qualifications
- Age Requirement : Must be 55 years of age or younger as of the end of the selection year.
- Target Rank : Senior Executive Service (SES) members, Director-level officials (Grade IV and above)
- Other Requirements : Candidates must meet all additional career background and professional qualification criteria.
