The Third annual meeting of the Asia Public Service Network was held on November 26, 2025, in Seoul. The main agenda was “Transforming the Public Workforce in the Age of Disruption and Innovation.”
The meeting was attended by delegations from 14 countries, including seven ASEAN member states as well as China and Australia, along with ambassadors and domestic experts.
Participants discussed the competencies and new roles that public-sector leaders must possess amid an increasingly uncertain administrative environment, and they also shared their respective national experiences with the digitalization of human resource management.
