MPM signs Memorandum of Collaboration with the Turkish State Personnel Administration(Jul. 18, 2016)

The Ministry of Personnel Management (Minister Dong-keuk Kim) on July 14 signed 'MOC (Memorandum of Cooperation)' in the field of human resource management in the civil service with the Turkish State Personnel Administration.
Signed by Minister Dong-keuk Kim of the Ministry of Personnel Management and Administrator Mehmet Ali Kumbuzoğlu of the State Personnel Administration, the Memorandum aims to seek and promote exchanges and cooperation in the field of human resource management in the civil service based on mutual understanding and interests.
The two sides plan to closely cooperate to improve public personnel administration system, discuss human resources management policies, organize senior level meetings, exchange publications and share knowledge and experience in areas including public officials training and education.
