The Ministry of Personnel Management(Minister Kim Seung-ho) signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with the Association for Talent Development(ATD) on the December 15, 2022 to strengthen cooperation.

At the online signing ceremony, Kim Seung-ho, minister of MPM, and
Tony Bingham, president of ATD, discussed ways to cooperate and proceeded with the signing.

Trough the agreement, the two organizations decided to promote various cooperative projects.
