     The NHRDB website www.hrdb.go.kr

  2. Create account

     Verify identity using resident registration number or mobile phone number

  3. Register a public key certificate

     Register a public key certificate issued by any commercial bank

  4. Log in

     Select the registered public key certificate

  5. Register and edit information

     Register and edit personal information on the ‘Manage Talent Information’ menu

• Submit the registration application form via e-mail, fax, or mail
