Legal counselling for civil servants in charge of dealing with public complaints

  • Eligibility: Civil servants of state or local governments engaged in legal disputes while dealing with public complaints
  • Scope of support: All matters related to the legal dispute, including legal complaints, accusations and claims for damages incurred while duly handling public complaints
  • Types of support: Legal advice on whether requirements for a lawsuit have been met, document support such as the complaint, brief, answers, or any other support during the lawsuit

    Counselling can be provided through phone calls, visits to an attorney’s office, or attorney’s field visits
