Professional Civil Servant Competitiveness Program

Purpose

  • Introduced in 2020 to expand recruitment opportunities for professional civil servants and strengthen their competitiveness

Training Overview

  • Eligibility : Professional civil servants with at least three years of practical work experience
  • Training Period: Within one to two years
  • Training Content: Master’s degree programs in English-speaking countries or job-related training
  • Training Expenses: Provided in accordance with the Long-term General Training Program
  • Selection Process
    • First Stage : Language proficiency test
    • Second Stage: Evaluation of training proposals (conducted only for those who pass the language proficiency test)
