Training Overview
- Eligibility : Professional civil servants with at least three years of practical work experience
- Training Period: Within one to two years
- Training Content: Master’s degree programs in English-speaking countries or job-related training
- Training Expenses: Provided in accordance with the Long-term General Training Program

- First Stage : Language proficiency test
- Second Stage: Evaluation of training proposals (conducted only for those who pass the language proficiency test)
