Provide civil servants with customized 1:1 consulting before and after their retirement to support career planning, re-employment or founding of social enterprises, thereby increasing the utilization of national human resources

Eligibility

State-level civil servants 2 years before or after retirement

Details
  • Re-employment: plan job-hunting strategies, identify and match jobs with civil servants and provide support for interview preparation
  • Start-up: Identify and provide consultations on business themes that fit public service, such as social enterprises
Methods

Commission specialized private institutions (a professional consultant provides consultations to individuals and offers follow-up service)

Process

Participants are selected → 1:1 consulting →Job transfer (re-employment or start-up) →Follow-up

  • Participant selection

    Selection period: April -June

    Eligibility: State-level civil servants 2 years before or after retirement

  • 1:1 Consulting

    At least 3 consulting sessions per individual/ Face-to-face interview
