- Enhancing the alignment between training assignments/academic majors and the participant's current or future job responsibilities.
- Performance Evaluation and Improvement
- Maximizing training outcomes through comprehensive annual performance evaluations of each participant's progress.
Program Overview
- Target Participants : Career Civil Servants in the national government who do not hold a bachelor's degree.
- Training Institutions : Domestic Universities that offer night(weekend) programs.
- Duration : Up to 4 years.
- Mandatory Service Period : A period equivalent to 50% of the total training duration must be served upon completion.
- Funding Source: Provided by the Ministry of Personnel Management (MPM).
- Payment Method: Post-payment on a semi-annual basis.
- Tuition is reimbursed after the participant completes a semester at their own expense, provided they meet all eligibility and performance criteria.
- Coverage : Actual expenses are reimbursed up to the prescribed semester limit(Any costs exceeding the limit are to be borne by the participant)
