Purpose

  • Acquisition of new knowledge and information in preparation for the rapidly changing administrative environment
  • Promoting job development and competency development by expanding opportunities for re-education of civil servants

Overview on education expense support

  • Eligible trainees: Civil servants in career service among state public officials
    • There are no restrictions on degree, age, job series, position, experience, etc., but teachers, soldiers, and military officials are excluded
    • A person who meets the requirements of Article 32 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Capacity Development of Public Officials

      When a person has been subject to a disciplinary disposition, he/she can receive support only when one year or more has passed since the expiration of the period of the relevant disciplinary disposition

  • Payment: Semi-annual post-payment

    Tuition support is provided when the trainee meets the payment criteria after completing one semester at his/her own expense

  • Details: Tuition fee for the previous semester
  • Support for out-of-pocket expenses after excluding the admission fee waiver(Seasonal semesters, special lectures, field training expenses, etc. are borne by the individual)
